Duty to refer west lancs
WebReferrals We accept referrals from GPs, the Single Point of Access Team, and other health professionals. Following referral, we will send out a letter inviting you to an assessment at the appropriate service. Assessment Many people feel anxious before their assessment, so you are not alone if you’re feeling this way. WebReferrals will go through the Specialist Triage, Assessment and Referral Team (START), Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm, unless a person is already under the care of a mental health team, in which case their care co-ordinator will refer them directly. Outside of these hours referrals will be received from all sources. Contact Details
