It seems that you consider all those who criticize you directly as enemies. I have also been in this community for 4 years and have also proven” WebPlain criticism is not welcomed but constructive feedback needs to be given and it needs to be accepted by the receivers. It’s not about who’s idea is best but which idea is the best for the company or team’s progress. People have to be able to admit that “well, I thought this would work but it didn’t”. That’s fine!
