Keep in mind bottle necking a pc or already experiencing a bottle neck pc situation may not help. WebI couldn't say. It seems like Rust will use as much as possible to help performance, but I don't know what the lower limit is - I don't believe the recommended specs include VRAM, it just cites two different GPUs. I imagine most people running this game with acceptable performance only have 2 - 4GB VRAM. VRAM wouldn't be my primary concern.

Just wanted to tell you that in some cases RAM upgrade won't do much about the performance. Rust's optimization is terrible, so even on hi-end PCs there might be performance issues.
