Allulose seems to good to be true - anecdotally it tastes better than erythritol, plus it can melt and caramelise. I am not sure how upsetting it is for stomach/intestines though (I don't handle erytritol well, even well below the EU recommended max value 0.5 g per 1 kg body weight a day).
