Even without any corrector tilt, the massive under-correction any wavefront receives from reflection within the plate would further dilute any possible ghost images. Interesting to see if bright stars could produce ghosts. That flattener puts necessary constraints on distance to achieve the most optimal results so different eyepieces will effect the spacing. Meanwhile, the ACF uses no flattener instead relying on refiguring the corrector and secondary to optimize pinpoint stars.
