Webb10 aug. 2008 · Learning from the Simshar tragedy There are many lessons to be learned from the sinking of the fishing boat ‘Simshar’ tragedy which left three men and an 11-year old boy dead. Several investigations are going on and hopefully they will serve to come up with recommendations to address the shortcomings that caused this tragedy.
