WebbI asked Arngeir where other Words of Power could be found, and he sent me to Arcwind Point (location of one of the Words for Drain Vitality). The Word Wall is lit up, highlighting the word, but I cannot do anything else there. The quest marker remains on my map, and the quest in my journal. Webb15 nov. 2012 · The second Drain Vitality says: That it drain 1 point of Health, Magicka, and Stamina for 20 seconds. The cooldown is 7 seconds for all three levels. The words read Kill, Leech, and Suffer, which are the same as Marked for Death. When the shout is used my character says no words. I believe I summon how obtain the Dragons version of this shout.

Arcwind Point may be given as a destination even when the word wall has already been found, preventing progress in the quest. This bug is fixed by version 1.1a of the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.
